While it is proving difficult this year to travel we managed to sneak a short trip around North Eastern NSW to wet the appetite a little. We strayed from the express ways and enjoyed the scenic roads through the national parks where ever possible.
We headed north and then circled back to Sydney via some more inland NSW towns, enjoying the Warrumbungle National Park, Bindarri National Park, Taronga Western Plains Zoo and of course some wineries.
It was also a chance to test drive the new car and I expect we will be doing a lot more local travel over the coming years.
